Online Access to Records
The City of Grant offers online access to water/sewer bills through BS&A using the link below. Online payments can be made by clicking on the link above, and there is a cost to use this service. Actual property owners of a parcel can view assessing and tax information for free. Realtors, banks, title companies and others must pay a $2.00 record fee to BS&A to retrieve information. By clicking the link below you can begin your records search. If you have any difficulty accessing your information, please contact BS&A at 517-641-8900. If you need additional information about your water/sewer bill, please e-mail our City Treasurer or the City of Grant Office at 231-834-7904.
Property owners can access their own records free of charge. Just look for the option on the BS&A website and follow their instructions. You will need to set up a free login account, and once you receive an e-mail confirmation from BS&A, just follow the instructions to retrieve your own information.
If you have any trouble following the instructions, or if it seems to be 'hung up' for more than a few minutes, please notify City of Grant administrative staff.
