Utility Billing FAQ:
- Water/Sewer Bills are sent quarterly and due within 30 days of the date on each bill.
- Each bill reflects water usage in the previous quarter.
- Water meters are read quartlery.

Online access to utility bills
The City of Grant offers online access to water/sewer bills, parcel information and more through our BS&A accounting software. Property owners can view assessing and tax information for free. Realtors, banks, title companies and others must pay a $2.00 record fee to BS&A to retrieve information.

Payment Drop Box Instructions
Feel free to utilize our payment drop box before and after business hours at your convenience. It is located to the left of the front door, underneath the display case. If you would like a receipt, please include a note on the payment stub, and one will be mailed to you.
Money Orders at the US Post Office
For customers looking to pay with a debit card, you may want to consider another payment option because of the online convenience fee. Y ou can purchase a money order for $1.25 for payments up to $500 at the local post office. Payments over $500 will cost you $1.70. It's just one more option for our customers to use.
